Entrepreneurship Essentials Workshop

Creation, formation, licensing, contract basics, intellectual property, nd hiring employees.

Money

Basic financial statements, sources of financing, taxes, and cash flow management.

Marketing

Understanding/reaching customers, marketing communication, brand and position, web marketing and metrics, social media marketing and metrics.

Networking as a referral source.

Participants will develop a Business Plan and receive a one-hour, one-on-one private counsel to discuss their plan in detail.
