Free relaxation sessions for students are available March 4-May 9 (Mon.-Thurs.) from 11:30 a.m.-12 noon in Room 6-158. Come to one or all of the stress management sessions and learn how to relax through the use of breath-focused meditation, imagery, mindfulness exercises, or body movement techniques.
