Counseling Appointments
Tunxis Mental Health Counselors are professionally trained to help you cope with a variety of educational, mental health and adjustment issues. Through counseling programs and services, they can help you develop skills to cope, manage stress, build confidence, and alleviate other personal barriers to success in college. Counselors can help you create an individualized wellness plan & assist with referrals to outside agencies as needed.

- First sessions are 45 minutes, including intake.
- Additional counseling sessions are 30 minutes.
Ready to Relax
Start or end your day with progressive muscle relaxation.
Sign up for a 20-minute session. Up to 3 people per session.
Mental Health Screening
Do you have a concern? Complete a screening questionnaire and then meet individually with a counselor to discuss the results and recommendations.
Screening Topics include:
• Eating Disorders
• Problem Gambling
• Mood Disorders (Depression, Anxiety, PTSD)
• Drug & Alcohol Addiction
