Thanksgiving 2024 Dinner Baskets Request Form (PDF)

  • Anyone in need of the Pantry services is eligible to sign up for a basket.
  • Baskets will be available for pick-up the week of November 18-22.
  • The deadline to sign up for a basket is Thursday, November 7, 2024!
