Tunxis Community College will host Virtual Information Sessions for those who would like to learn more about attending Tunxis in spring 2021 semester as a new or transfer student.

All are welcome to join a group WebEx information session on one of the following dates to learn more about Tunxis. The information sessions will include a presentation about admissions; programs and services offered by Tunxis and financial aid. Special sessions to learn more about the Advanced Manufacturing Technology program at Tunxis will also be offered.

Each session will be followed by time for questions and answers. Those interested should preregister at tunxis.edu/sessions.

Credit registration is open for winter session and spring semester classes, with a variety of course formats including on-ground, online, and hybrid classes that are a mix of online and face-to-face. Spring semester starts Jan. 22.

Tunxis Community College offers more than 70 associate degree and certificate programs that prepare students for transfer to bachelor’s degree programs and employment in areas with industry need, including advanced manufacturing technology, business administration, criminal justice, early childhood education, engineering science, and honors computer science/mathematics. Many credit programs offer seamless transfer to the CT State Universities and guaranteed admission to the University of Connecticut. The college also has transfer agreements with private colleges and universities.
